THE FESTIVAL OF THE CRAZIES
Fri Nov 16
to Thurs Dec 20
Tutti Matti is transporting the centuries-old tradition of the great Tuscan town festival to Toronto with “Sagra dei Matti” — The Festival of the Crazies.
A celebration of food, wine and “La Vita Toscana”, the Sagra is a month-long series of family-style dinner parties.
The menus are built upon a different theme each week, inspired by the animals that feature prominently in authentic Tuscan cuisine.
Nov 16 & Dec 13
CINGHIALE nights: Wild Boar
A 7-course prix fixe menu showcasing wild boar dishes, like tagliatelle with wild mushrooms and wild boar guanciale, and wild boar stew with soft polenta.
